A women’s health and wellness expert with over a decade of experience helping women transform their bodies and minds through holistic, sustainable health practices.

With a degree in health sciences and years spent running my own private training studio, I’ve developed a unique approach that blends practical nutrition, fitness, and mindset work. As the founder of the Metabolic Rebuild Method and Katie Little Fitness, I work with a team of experts—including a registered dietitian—to provide personalized coaching that helps women break free from restrictive dieting and create lasting change in both their health and confidence.

I’ve created a proven method that’s helped hundreds of women rebuild their metabolism, lose weight, and reclaim their energy—not by doing more, but by doing what actually works.

As a two-time c-section mom, I’ve navigated my own journey toward balance and fulfillment in my health. After having my babies, I lost 70 pounds—not through extremes, but by committing to sustainable routines that honored my body, my season of life, and my goals.
